After installing ccache-4.6, practically every emerge fails when FEATURES=ccache is used when attemting to create /run/user/250: The reason seems to be the new "bug fix" (cf. the NEWS file): > Ccache now verifies that `/run/user/<UID>/ccache-tmp` is writable before using it for temporary files. Possible workarounds might be one of: 1. Allow writing to /run/user/250 if FEATURES=ccache is used 2. Patch out the new "bug fix". Both are certainly not ideal.
