m68k done. I masked hatchling[test] on m68k though as I couldn't stomach all the additional keywording. The soupsieve tests pass.

I did this last time with bug 863845 and was told that if there's no keywords on it yet then it should be taken upstream instead.  Is that correct?

Not at all.  Since we've requested keywording, it's on us.  That said, an additional bug upstream wouldn't hurt.
