This should have reopened bug 183 but since I have no way to reopen a bug, here
is a new one.

The /etc/pam.d/chage file is missing and therefore chage does not work. 
According toi bug 183, this was supposed to be fixed but as of today, the
problem still exists.

Should be fixed in shadow-20001016-r8.ebuild.
