Problem with udev. Had this with slackware, and this is taken from it's NG: in /etc/udev/rules.d/udev.rules change KERNEL="tty[p-za-e][0-9a-f]*", NAME="tty/s%n", SYMLINK="%k" to KERNEL="tty[p-za-e][0-9a-f]*", NAME="pty/s%n", SYMLINK="%k" Don't have udev installed yet, but that was the problem in Slack. Which version of udev are you running? Have you run etc-update lately? Please post the output of ls /etc/udev/rules.d Please respond to comment #3 |
