Compile sci-libs/pytorch-1.10.2::science fails with :

error: namespace "cub" has no member "Debug"

which is the same behavior described by https://discuss.pytorch.org/t/compiling-1-10-1-from-source-with-gcc-11-and-cuda-11-5/140971.

Seems that it's not compatible with cuda-11.5
