small patch applied to the smartmontools-5.33 ebuild

There is a problem building the smartmontools with USE flag static enabled. 
Configure doesn't make it when static is enabled.  I made a small patch to the
ebuild but, I'm not sure if this still does the same.  I'm affraid it isn't. 
Needs review by someone who knows what is going on (kito?).

smartctl -i /dev/disk0 appears to work fine, hence I consider the dynamic
linked part of smartmontools to be working properly.
