Running "man aclocal" mentions the availability of a full texinfo manual for the tool at the bottom. However, running "info aclocal" or even "info aclocal-1.16" brings up the same man page.
I'd like to have this texinfo page shipped alongside the texinfo page that's already installed for the "automake" tool itself.

You should report this upstream.

There is no separate TexInfo manual for aclocal; it's incorporated into the automake documentation.

The man page is generated by a "help2man" script. The upstream build system should be updated to call this script with the correct TexInfo manual name.
