The util-vserver ebuild has seemed to have fallen behind, I have attached a version that worked locally, first bug of this nature so if  I'm doing the wrong thing dont feel bad about correcting me.

Updated ebuild.

This is an ebuild that i have edited (addition to depend [vconfig] and update
version) Note, the 214 version has been moved to this version so i believe this
is latest.

Well now i feel stupid, i fear i have missed that there was already a bug to do this, just didnt see it in on last emerge sync, and all were resolved.
