This probably also includes dev-libs/rocr-runtime and maybe even things like dev-util/hip and the sci-libs/roc* libraries. They all seem to depend on each other and be a bit behind the latest version. Please also consider adding version 4.3.1, it is the last version supporting the polaris architecture [1][2].
