Failed tests change a bit compared to 12.0.1 (bug #807760) + one test failre more.

affinity/kmp-hw-subset.c, tasking/bug_taskwait_detach.cpp are new compared to 12.0.1.
tasking/hidden_helper_task/capacity_mix_threads.cpp fails in 12.0.1 but not in 13.0.1.
