::kde's kde-apps/ark-* at commit 460d69805 not yet updated to reflect ::gentoo commits from a couple days ago (Saturday):

ecebf9b6a app-arch/libarchive: Enable zlib unconditionally

61aadd346 kde-apps/ark: Update for libarchive[zlib] flag removal

Basically just (pseudo) s/zlib/zlib(+)/ to reflect the new hardcoded reality.
