Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: guru_ci)

NOTE:
While the resolution of this bug may be trivial I'd like to suggest to pay attention at WHY and if it is the case of a tarball fraudulently replaced (hacked mirror).

Dropped ~amd64 so it only works on arm64. Have no idea why this is happening on amd64 but on an arm64 machine it works with the same manifest file.
