Compilation of dev-lang/ruby-2.6.9 fails with

compile.c:8493:38: error: expected identifier or '(' before 'char'

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run world update
2. portage tries to compile dev-lang/ruby:2.6
Actual Results:  
Compilation fails

Expected Results:  
Compilation shouldn't fail

This happened due to the CFLAG -w (see https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-1134744-start-0.html). Without it, ruby compiles correctly.
