This is build with GCL.

Current FriCAS upstream does not support this "2.6.13_pre99" snapshot version of GCL.

GCL-2.6.12 is supported, but that is 8 years ago and does not exist in gentoo's repo.

So we should remove "gcl" from USE flags.
