2.74.0 is out and it fixes a couple of annoyances (nothing critical). I.e. gets rid of the following warning when using git-send-email:
DEBUG: .../IO/Socket/SSL.pm:1177: global error: Undefined SSL object

Just changing the version in the ebuild and renaming the build itself is enough (apparently).
