Description kentsin 2002-09-24 10:01:48 UTC
After install fcron package, the normal users can not access their crontab. The
/usr/bin/crontab : permission denied.

The permission for /usr/bin/fcrontab is ---s--s---

Also, if run crontab -u anormaluser -e as root

the change of crontab is ok but after that the message:

User "root" is not allowed to use fcronsighup. Aborting.

(space between fcron and sighup?)

Also, the code listing for the on-line menu of fcron have no line-break. Making
 the proper reading very difficult.

matt, assiging to you coz you played with it last :P

just outta curiosity, can we have a virtual/editor type DEPEND, and then just
pass the ${EDITOR} option to ./configure?

man fcron

hint: you need to configure fcron, which you havent fully, yet. you'll
need to setup /etc/fcron.allow and /etc/fcron.deny.
