sys-apps/superiotool-99999999 doesn't build because the project is now hosted in git not svn.

I needed to build from master as superiotool-6637 in portage has a bug that doesn't show the superio chip bank register dumps.

1. emerge =sys-apps/superiotool-99999999

Actual Results:  
Build does not start as project no longer in svn.

Expected Results:  
Attempted build from project git.

sys-apps/superiotool was removed from the tree, use app-admin/coreboot-utils instead.
