    x11-plugins/wmforkplop: modernize configure.ac
    
    Adapted from Debian patch:
    https://salsa.debian.org/debian/wmforkplop/-/blob/master/debian/patches/0005-configure.ac-Modernize.patch
    
    Also fix imlib2 support, using pkg-config
