I think this is because you are using oidn 1.4.x instead of 1.3.x.

The denoising results changed between versions (1.4.x produces better, but different results).

For blender 2.93 the official releases used 1.3.x and thus the test will fail.
I don't know if we can solve this issue in a nice way.

Basically this is a false positive as the user of the program will not see any regression from using 1.4.x instead 1.3.x. But the test will fail if they do.
