Yes, please! Korganizer has aged a lot, is heavy, it's design hasnt improved much in decades; on the other side Kalendar is agile, more feature rich and better graphically designed. If you don't know it and can't test it in other distros, please, throw an eye on this video; it's previous to the first stable release, but anyway its quite illustrative: https://invidious.snopyta.org/watch?v=JiOSRkLzHYY Kalendar is now in ::kde and will be added to ::gentoo within the next week (likely far sooner). It's now part of KDE Gear which makes it a lot easier for us to handle too. The bug has been referenced in the following commit(s): https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=8acc791fac850bbe6c04ab48baa923d84bd1adf0 commit 8acc791fac850bbe6c04ab48baa923d84bd1adf0 Author: Sam James <sam@gentoo.org> AuthorDate: 2022-04-25 02:20:30 +0000 Commit: Sam James <sam@gentoo.org> CommitDate: 2022-04-25 02:30:14 +0000 app-office/kalendar: new package, add 22.04.0 Bug: https://bugs.gentoo.org/828092 Signed-off-by: Sam James <sam@gentoo.org> app-office/kalendar/Manifest | 1 + app-office/kalendar/kalendar-22.04.0.ebuild | 51 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ app-office/kalendar/metadata.xml | 11 +++++++ profiles/arch/amd64/x32/package.mask | 1 + 4 files changed, 64 insertions(+) See also: https://invent.kde.org/network/tok With app-office/kalendar having been packaged, returning this to one-bug-per-package policy. And closing, since the repository was archived upstream just recently. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
