gives error warning with sys-kernel/gentoo-kernel-bin CONFIG_FW_LOADER_USER_HELPER=y is set, but it should not be,

it happens both for stable version and unstable version of sys-kernel/gentoo-kernel-bin,

i dont see badnees so is it safe to ignore it ?

Its the fallback mechanism and shouldn't be impactful:
    "The direct filesystem lookup for firmware is always used first now."

Needed only by two drivers though, are either on by default config used by genkernel?
