While I trying to emerge gentoo-sources-2.4.28-r7 it's stopped at step:
Applying 04-01.GRSecurity-2.0.2.patch (-p0+)...
and then I got message:
patch: pch.c:614: intuit_diff_type: Assertion `i0 != NONE' failed.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge gentoo-sources


Actual Results:  
emerge has stopped and print:
patch: pch.c:614: intuit_diff_type: Assertion `i0 != NONE' failed. 

Expected Results:  
merge gentoo-sources
