Hi!

I attatched qoscc-0.2.0.ebuild.
QOscC is a software oscilloscope with a lot of features and great flexibility. The ebuild depends on the fftw library, QT and optionally alsa or jack-audio-connection-kit (handeled through the appropriate use flags).
As this software is inteded for (hobby) electronic engineers, i think it would best fit to the category sci-misc.

Last update to software was in 2006 which saw a release of version 0.3.1 at <http://flup.homelinux.org/qoscc.html>. That website contains a gentoo ebuild for 0.3.1 as well. I'm sorry to close this but upsteam is inactive. If upstream becomes active again feel free to re-open.
