traceroute-nanog-6.3.10-1.diff.gz is available at very few debian mirrors ("not found" is reported by emerge -f). Emerge failed to download at dozens of sites, and still hadn't found the file. I googled for the file and downloaded it manually from some obscure site. Most of the mirrors instead have 6.3.10-2. Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. I know that some packages limit the sites searched for the source files; it might be helpful either to update to 6.3.10-2 or limit the sites searched to those that actually have the file.
