tla has no manpage. However there is a perlscript generating one in:
http://es.lauft.net/tla-manpage.tar.gz
(there is also a compiled manpage in that tarball)

1. man tla



Actual Results:  
No manpage for tla

Expected Results:  
a little manpage

Fixed in latest 1.3.1_p1. Thanks for reporting.
