Sendmail-8.13.3 lacks the CLOSE_WAIT errata fix.
This doesn't affect the current stable 8.13.1.
Could be considered like kind of a DoS (resource depletion) eventually on high-load servers.

No longer relevant since 8.13.4 is already stable.
