Bug 82260 – evolution-exchange-storage quits unexpectedly on evolution startup

After updating to evolution-2.0.3-r2, evolution-data-server-1.0.3, and ximian-connector-2.0.2-r1, on startup of evolution I get this error message: evolution-exchange-storage has quit unexpectedly. Unlike the other couple of reports, I don't get any freezing or crashing of evolution, I just cannot use my exchange mailbox or exchange calendars. If I try to access exchange email I get another error dialog box: "Error while Scanning folders in "Exchange server mail.company.com" Lost connection to Evolution Exchange backend process"

I can use the calendar, just not the mailbox (altough the folders are ok in the exchange view)

I updated to evolution-2.0.4, evolution-data-server-1.0.4, and ximian-connector-2.0.3 and I still get this error. I used ximian-connector-setup to setup an exchange account and it completed without errors. But on startup in evolution, the dialog box "Evolution-exchange-storage has quit unexpectedly"
