Summary: When I did "emerge --update world" and when it went to intltools tu be upgarde i had some error sou now i can not do "emerge --update world"

When I did "emerge --update world" and when it went to intltools tu be upgarde i had some error sou now i can not do "emerge --update world"
it fetches file from server and when it checks for XML::Parser there is error
showing that XML Paraser Perl module is required

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce
