This is a feature request to make it possible to build ffmpeg to support RIST (Reliable Internet Streaming Transport) via USE flag.

Would require ebuild first for librist.

librist ebuild

ebuild for the librist dependency is quite trivial. It has no dependencies, or any special handling required.
