The courier-imap-4.0.1 and courier-imap-4.0.1-r1 ebuilds removes the option to build ldap support in the authdeamon.

Why?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge sync
2. emerge -u world
Actual Results:  
broken courier if you rely on ldap for authentication

Expected Results:  
worked like it did previously and authenticate users to ldap. The option was
removed from the ebuild

because, courier-imap-4* depends on net-libs/courier-authlib for authentication methods.

So this is not a bug.
