I'm having trouble reproducing this, even if pytest-qt is not already installed the test phase starts without problems for me. Hmm, I can reproduce this after uninstalling pytest-qt but I'm not going to look into it today. Switching to pep517 logic might help. Ok, I've found the problem but a few of the tests fail anyway. Ok, all the problems should be solved in the next push.
