Arch teams, please add keywords to dev-python/furo.

Furo is a theme for the Sphinx documentation builder. It's used for building the documentation of some Python packages in Portage, such as:
* dev-python/argon2_cffi
* dev-python/psycopg
* dev-python/service_identity
* dev-python/urllib3

Keywording (and subsequently stabilizing) the package allows us to add USE="doc" to those packages.

For now we will keyword for main arches (total of amd64/arm/arm64/x86).

When enabling doc generation for the packages listed above, USE="doc" would be masked for all other arches.
