Subject says it all. :-)  I've waited ~6 hours before reporting it, and it's  not don the (public) distfiles.gentoo.org rotation, so I assume it still needs uploading.

Heh, I got impatient ~8 hours, but waited a while before reporting to make sure the mirros weren't just out of sync :)  Thanks for fixing it.
