libkdepim depends on libkcal - libkcal depends on ktnef - ktnef depends on libkcal.

The libkdepim configure process actually fails when libkcal is not present. However deleting ktnef's dependency on libkcal allows all three to compile.

ktned depended on libkdepim not libkcal. BTW it's not fixed.
