I do not force this flag, its an error in the makefile by default
this is only with mysql flag support enabled

Patch for vpopmail/cdb/Makefile

I don't actually know how to submit a patch properly in the right format. Maybe
one of the developpers might take this one and make it proper. It acts on the 
vpopmail-5.4.9/cdb/Makefile
