sorry, stupid mistakes in previous one
again, what's the point of having this in portage? Sorry, i have been a bit short in the description. Morphix is a flexible live cd distibution, which provides a base and expect pepole to extend it for their own needs by builduilding customized livecd. The morphix tools can be used to make a live cd from scratch and a set of home grown morphix "modules". It's usefull to one who is interested in livecd's and who want's to build it's own. Having it in portage makes it easier to install and to evaluate this kind of livecd building tools. BTW, is there a policy somewhere saying what is good for portage and what isn't? thanks sorry, no there's no policy -- I was just wondering why you thought it was a good idea, in absence of a description. Besides which, gentoo's livecd tools are designed for gentoo -- check out catalyst. We (livecd herd) don't want it... we already have the amazing catalyst... ;] I would close this as a WONTFIX, but there might be some other developer interested in this package, but it sure won't be me. I have no interest in this package anymore an no one else seems to be interested so i close it as wontfix . Aur I have no interest in this package anymore an no one else seems to be interested so i close it as wontfix . Aurélien |
