gcc in stage 3 will fail for not finding the crypt.h first. then copy all the *h to the include directory and all *.so.* to the lib64 directory for a workaround, gettext in stage 3 will fail for loop depedency perl-->libxcrypt->virtual/libcrypt-->perl.

libxcrypt should be emerged in stage 3 just after glibc and before gcc.
