These are perl modules to connect to the ensembl database (http://cvsweb.sanger.ac.uk/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/ensembl/modules/Bio/EnsEMBL/). The modules depend on bio-perl.

These ebuilds are maintained within my overlay.

Please use

layman -a wrobel

to get the newest updates for these ebuilds.

I don't use these anymore and they are outdated. Lets close this bug.
