I'm kind of a newbee with gentoo so I'm not sure wether this is a bug or not but I couldn't find the same problem on the bugzilla...

I build the latest kernel (2.6.10-gentoo-r7) and after rebooting, I installed my nvidia driver as usual 

emerge nvidia-kernel nvidia-glx
then opengl-update

everything works out fine
today, I want to update my system
After an emerge --sync, I try :

emerge -uavD world

here is what I got :
el-sio el-sio # emerge -uavD world

These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

Calculating world dependencies -
emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy ">=x11-base/opengl-update-2.1.0".


!!! Problem with ebuild media-video/nvidia-glx-1.0.6629-r5

I am using those keywords for my nvidia packages :
media-video/nvidia-kernel       ~x86
media-video/nvidia-glx          ~x86
x11-base/opengl-update          ~x86

Its all in instable arch so it shouldn't cause problem (this is where the newbee isn't sure :b )

and I have already upgraded my system this way without any problem . I havent change anything to my settings. So I don't understand

It also works when doing emerge -uavD opengl-update nvidia-glx instead of emerge world...

2.emerge -uavD opengl-update nvidia-glx

Actual Results:  
1- no problem
2- el-sio el-sio # emerge -uavD opengl-update nvidia-glx

You probably synced with a rsync mirror not completely up-to-date.
x11-base/opengl-update-2.1.0-r1 is definitely in portage right now (at least ~x86)

do another emerge --sync and try again.
