Current stable net-misc/nx-3.5.99.25 fails to build using current stable binutils, see https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=799308

Bug is fixed upstream in (currently ~arch) net-misc/nx-3.5.99.26, but running `emerge -auDN --with-bdeps=y @world` without unmasking this version fails, hence the request for stabilization.

Please note that my system is partially ~arch and that I have not tested nx-3.5.99.26 thoroughly; however, as it stands, the current stable does not build and the unstable does. Judging from the Github issue tracker, this update seems to have introduced no (known) regressions.
