Issue: dev-python/vncdotool-1.0.0 uses a probably incorrect DISTUTILS_USE_SETUPTOOLS value.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: tinderbox)

NOTE:
entry_points no longer use setuptools at runtime.
