What is RCC ?

Design to manage your network and system resources, RCC is an extensible resources manager for an easy new features integration. Soon supplied with many functionalities, RCC can, at this time, manage and supervise all your network by providing a simple solution to regulate and priorize every network flows.

With RCC you are able to reserve all the bandwidth you need for your most critical services. RCC are using the QoS (Quality of Service) technology.

RCC is a simple and ergonomic tool which helps you to configure and to manage network and system resources.

Our strategy is to provide a software base composed of a Server, a Client, and a Remote Graphical User Interface. On this base, several modules will be attached. Each module provides a new functionality.

First we have developed a complete QoS manager module which is already integrated to our "RCC BASE". This module has been design to permit to a network administrator to easily regulate and control his bandwidth all over his network and on every computers.

Today, a lot of network managers or QoS configuration tools exist on the market but none look like our client/server model. Moreover, many of that tools are only managing QoS whereas our software can be easily extended to manage other resources.

In fact, all RCC functionalities are modular. It means that for a particular resource to manage, we have to develop a particular module. As a result, the modularity of the RCC architecture makes it a better tool in front of its competitors.

In few words ... A very nice networking tool to manage bandwith !

Please fix the following and reopen:

* Why make rather than emake? If this is necessary, include a comment saying why.
* No need to dodoc COPYING or INSTALL.
