termux like chroot container: 【AidLearning v0.87F3】

the CPPFLAGS is set in line 187 of bootstrap-prefix.sh: 
   export CPPFLAGS="-isystem ${ROOT}/usr/include"

but it is triped off by the src_configure, as the following emerge message shows:
