Ciao,
please find attached the ebuild for "wpd" a new tool for laptop users which allows to monitor cpufreq and ACPI state/data, control the cpufreq governors and more.

The application URL is hhtp://www.gardiol.org/wpd, it is release under GPL and i guess it should be placed under sys-apps because other similar (but less complete) applications are in that category.
