Me too. I noticed this at the top:
>>> Source unpacked.
Using `AC_PROG_RANLIB' is rendered obsolete by `AC_PROG_LIBTOOL'
automake: unrecognized option -- `--force-missing'
Try `automake --help' for more information.
autoreconf-2.59: automake failed with exit status: 2
* econf: updating libapreq2-2.04-dev/config.guess with /usr/share/gnuconfig/config.guess
* econf: updating libapreq2-2.04-dev/config.sub with /usr/share/gnuconfig/config.sub
./configure...
And the error message at the end is:
ACCESS DENIED open_wr: /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_apreq.so
cp: cannot create regular file `/usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_apreq.so': Permission denied
apxs:Error: Command failed with rc=65536
Compiles and installs with FEATURES="-sandbox". Hopefully be able to test it in the next day or two. (Need to find some hardware.) Quite a few things changed in the newest apache 2 ebuild. This did break things in this ebuild. To fix it change the following: in files/libareq2-2.0-sandbox.patch: + INSTDSO = /usr/lib/apache2/build/instdso.sh + SHLIBTOOL = $(shell $(APR_CONFIG) --installbuilddir)/libtool + APACHE2MODS = /usr/lib/apache2/modules and in the ebuild: src_compile() { # the -i is for a missing depcomp rm env/Makefile.in automake autoreconf -i -f The second change does not seem to make sense, but for some reason it does not work without it. hi guys. libapreq2-2.06 is now in portage. can you please test if this solves the problems you are having with this. thanks. no response, closing. please reopen or file a new bug if the newer version gives your problems still. |
