1. Please always include the full build.log and emerge --info.
2. This is an upstream issue and should be reported there (share the link here if you wouldn't mind once reported).
3. This happens on basically every single kernel release with out-of-kernel modules. Honestly, you should really run LTS or at least wait a while before trying to run a kernel released a few hours ago..
