This is a regression from kde-apps/konsole-21.08.0-r1

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a Konsole window
2. Resize the window (but don't maximize)
3. Minimize and restore the window or switch to another virtual desktop and back
Actual Results:  
The Konsole window size is reset.

Expected Results:  
The Konsole window size does not change.

Still the same problem in -r3.

The issue is caused by patches that are not included in the upstream release.

All patches are included in 21.08 branch what will become 21.08.1 in less than 2 weeks.

Useful additional info:
- Did you have the same problem with kde-apps/konsole-21.04.3-r1 already?
- Did you have 21.08.0-r0 installed, and it did not have that problem?

Ping - 21.08.1 release is imminent. We can't proceed in this bug without more information.

21.08.1 is now in tree with zero patches on top of it.
