This ebuild installs the latest fpc using original binary distribution. I included in the ebuild docs and source (source is needed by lazarus)

Remove the source. there is a extra ebuild for it.

Please do not include fpc versions other than those lazarus is known to work with.
Look at this site: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=89339&package_id=93718
(1.9.6 is one of those versions, as you can see)

Closing since there are newer versions of fpc and lazarus available in portage now.
