We currently have an RDF that lists all security announcements. Would it be possible to have one that only lists the last announcements (for instance 15) or, even better, those of the last few months?

Not as a replacement of the existing one but as an additional one.

Yes, I'm in the process of moving our glsa-index to it's own dtd, once that is complete, I'll tackle either parsing the months or if that turns out to not be feasible, we'll just do a last 15.

I have to point out however, RDF feeds are not meant to be a "last X", the reader is expected to handle that, which is why our current GLSA RDF feed contains all GLSAs.
