BTW, why snortsnarf is slotted ? (AFter upgrade to -r2 the -r2 version still remains)

Because it inherits the webapp eclass, which slots all packages that inherit it.

The first two warnings are fixed in -r3.  The third warning is on your end for the reasons stated in the warning.
